India a new growth Story Once Again

The new government has taken the charge. One good thing with this government will be that they can continue from where they left before the elections. It will have good impact on the economy definitely. With the GDP growth of 6.7 % this year positive vibes have already come in the market and Indian Inc is betting big on next year's GDP growth at 9%.
Even I believe that growth this year ( 2009-10) will be much higher than the last year growth. Let's analyse why?
1) Last year the whole world was under recession which had a negative impact on India also, but the signs of recovery all around the world means good time ahead as compared to previous year.
2) Stable government at the centre means more authoritative style of work with focus on growth.
3) Fast track growth program, for example 100 days program of government should bring great confidence in Indian economy and if it happens it will be a first step in the direction to achieve 9% growth.
4) Opening up the economy for FDI should also result in more FII coming to the country, which should boost the Capital Markets.

Lets hope that everything goes according to what has been planned and I hope that India will be a big growth story again.

Election Results 2009

Now the Loksabha picture is very clear, Mr. Manmohan Singh will be the next Prime Minister 2nd time in a row, the second person to do so in the history of India after Pt. J.L Nehru.

Many Congratulations to each one who voted this time. It is our support only which will take this country to the new heights.

This time the results shows that the people of this country are getting matured. This time most of the regional parties who played a great role in the government last time have been rejected by the people. Most of these parties were like a game spoiler, blakmailing the government in the power most of the times. I am happy that these such parties will not be the part of new government.

These results bring us the hope of new era in the country, a hope that economy will imrove again, a hope that there will be fast track development now,a hope that there will be greater employment opportunities, a hope there will be reduction in the poverty, a hope there will be more focus on literacy and a hope that India will be a super power by 2020.

I wish the government in power a great success and great journey for next 5 years.

Jai Ho India!

Current Inflation Figures----A Big Myth

Are the current inflaion figures giving a good picture of what is going on in reality? The obvious answer is no.

The inflation has come down to close to zero, but the prices of essential commodities have sky rocketed in past few weeks. ...has any one checked it? If no then I would request everyone to visit market once and find out the prices of your favourite pulses, vegetables, Sugar and other essential food items. The prices of these commodities are at their peak.
Cement Prices in last one year have been at their Peak (infact All time high). Is it because of cartelization of the Cement companies or because of the failure of the government in controlling the prices or government doesn't want to take a risk of annoying the cement companies in election time?

Despite all the prices increasing why the inflation figure is coming down?

One reason I can think is that the Figures which are being disclosed are not the real figures but the manipulated ones because of the elections these figures have been played with.
Government in power can not afford to take a risk by showing the reality to the masses.

What can be the other reasons? I am still thinking on them, but whatever is the reason ultimately it is the common man who has to suffer. He has to pay the price for everything.

Is there any way to come out of such a bad and sad situation?

Elections 2009

Lokshabha Elections 2009 are round the corner....I hope everyone has decided to vote this time...am I right? The biggest tragedy in human life is that we want change, we want things to improve around us but none of us wants to take the responsibility of bringing that change.

Why are we so dependend on others? Why do we wait for the things to happen? Why can' t we take up the challenge of accomplishing the tasks ourself?  Have we ever thought about it?

"Self-confindence is the first requisite to great undertakings" We need to start believing in ourself.

The least we can do right now is to Vote and vote for the right candidate. So don't Crib later if a wrong leader is elected in your constituency.
It is you who can bring the change and improve the things.
Realize your powers and contribute in the Development of your country in whatever way you can.

Jai Hind!
